Titanium Coating of surface treatment method PVD(Physical Vapor Deposition) is the best surface enhancing thin film surface coating technology for protective and decorative coating, tool coating, and other equipment coating applications performed in a vacuum chamber.

The material to be coated is enclosed in a vacuum chamber and heated. Titanium is vaporized by means of an electric arc. The positively charged titanium ions are mixed with a nitrogen gas forming a plasma. This positively charged titanium plasma is attracted to the negatively charged part to be coated, which forms a hard coating on the material.
